Its design allows the lubricant to be distributed into several equal or unequal tributaries according to actual needs, adapting to the lubrication needs of different equipment and different working conditions.
In addition, the progressive distributor is equipped with a proximity switch that senses the action of the piston in the middle piece, which can monitor the working status of the piston in real time. Once a blockage or other abnormal situation occurs, the proximity switch will immediately trigger an alarm signal to remind the operator to check and maintain, thereby improving the maintenance efficiency of the system and the reliability of the equipment.
When using a progressive oil and gas distributor, you need to pay attention to the following points:
Correct installation: The connection between the joint and the pipeline must be firm and there must be no leakage; the disc distributor must keep the environment clean during assembly and use the specified tightening torque. Too loose will cause leakage, and too tight will damage the O-ring. Make sure the plunger of the distributor is in a horizontal position during installation.
Ensure the quality of grease: Use grease that meets the system requirements to avoid using inferior grease to cause the distributor to be blocked.
Regular maintenance: Monitor the working status of the piston through the proximity switch, and promptly detect and deal with blockages or other abnormalities to ensure the stable operation of the system.
